Opportunity Blueprint

NEMT Central

A report showing where a medical transportation business in your county can earn its income, how well each source fits you, and what to do first.

$149, one time. The Blueprint is not on sale yet. This page describes it ahead of launch.

What it is

The Opportunity Blueprint is a report about the county you operate in, or plan to. It looks at every income stream open to a non-emergency medical transportation business there, rates how well each one fits your business, and suggests one first move.

It helps you decide where to focus. It does not forecast your income.

The free startup plan stays free. You never have to buy the Blueprint to use it.

The six income streams it checks

  • Medicaid broker trips: trips assigned by the broker that manages Medicaid transportation for your state or region
  • Medicaid health plans: trips for members of the health plans that run Medicaid in your state
  • Contracts with facilities: agreements directly with dialysis centers, nursing homes, hospitals, hospices and similar facilities
  • Private pay: people who pay you directly for their rides, at a price you set
  • Veterans' transportation: trips for eligible veterans, mainly through contracts with VA medical centers
  • Related work: other contracts, such as school districts, adult day programs and facility shuttles

How it works

  1. Answer a few questions. The Blueprint uses the answers you gave when you set up NEMT Central, then asks up to seven more, such as facilities you already work with and the kinds of payer you prefer.
  2. See a free preview. Before you pay, you see what we found for your county: which income streams appear to be open there, how many dialysis centers, nursing homes, home health agencies and hospices are listed, and how complete your state's public information is.
  3. Pay, if you want the full report. $149, one time.
  4. Get your report. It is usually ready within a couple of minutes. You read it in the app and can download it as a PDF. We email you a link when it's ready; the email never contains the report itself.

What's in the report

  • About your data: where information for your area is weak or missing, shown before any rating
  • Your market at a glance: facilities in your county, how your state runs Medicaid transportation, and which income streams appear to be open
  • Your Blueprint at a glance: each income stream ranked by how well it fits you, with one recommended first move
  • One card per opportunity: why it got its rating, how the stream works, any published state rate with its source and date, the evidence in your county, what you need before it can pay you, and who to contact
  • Checked but not found: income streams that don't appear to be open in your county, and why
  • Other operators near you: only if you ask for it, and it never affects your ranking
  • What you told us, and every source we used, with its date
  • What to do next, linked to the steps in your free startup plan

How the ratings are made

Ratings come from fixed rules applied to public data and your answers, not from AI judgement. The data includes federal Medicare facility listings and state Medicaid sources we record with a source and a date.

An automated assistant may write a short summary of your result and, in some states and only if you ask, a short cited list of other transportation businesses near you. Both are checked automatically before you see them.

Where we couldn't verify something, the report says so.

Price

$149, one time. Not a subscription.

If your situation changes and you update your answers, you can run the Blueprint again at no extra charge. The new report replaces the old one.

Payment is processed by Paddle, which sells the Blueprint as our authorised reseller and merchant of record.

Refunds

If we can't finish your report, you get a completed report or a full refund. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying if you haven't opened the report. If the report is faulty, we fix it or refund you. See the Refund Policy.

Before you rely on it

The Blueprint is general business information to help you decide where to focus. It is not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice. It does not guarantee that any agency, broker, health plan or facility will enroll you, send you trips or pay a particular rate. Rates, rules and contacts change. Before you set prices, sign a contract or spend money, confirm every rate, requirement and contact with the organisation involved. The decisions you make using the report are yours.
