NEMT Central is operated by Proponent Logistics LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What NEMT Central is
A free guide for people starting a non-emergency medical transportation business. It asks about your situation and builds you a personalised action plan and to-do list.
It is free. There is no paid tier, no trial, and nothing to upgrade to. We may offer paid services separately in future; if we do, they will be clearly separate from this and you will never be required to buy anything to use the app.
This is guidance, not professional advice
NEMT Central gives general guidance. It is not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, insurance advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them.
Using this app does not make you a client. No CPA engagement, and no other professional relationship, is created by signing up or by using anything here. A professional engagement with George P. Samuels, CPA begins only when it is agreed in writing through an engagement letter.
Before you spend money, file anything, or sign anything, confirm the requirements with the relevant authority in your state.
How the guidance is produced
The conversations and to-do lists are produced by an automated assistant working from guidance written by George P. Samuels, CPA. No person types the replies in real time.
Where the app states a specific requirement, figure, agency or website, it looks that up from official sources and shows you the source. Where a lookup does not return a reliable answer, it will say so and tell you which authority to check with rather than guessing.
Even so:
- Requirements change, and a source that was accurate when retrieved may not be current.
- Automated systems can misread a source or miss context.
- Your circumstances may differ from what the guidance assumes.
Verify anything you are going to act on. We do not warrant that the guidance is complete, current or correct, and you are responsible for confirming it before you rely on it.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at admin@nemtcentral.ai if you think someone else has access.
Give us accurate information. The guidance is shaped by what you tell us, so wrong answers produce wrong guidance.
One account per person. Don't share logins.
What you may not do
- Use it for anything unlawful
- Try to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the app
- Attempt to access anyone else's account or data
- Scrape, copy or resell the content
- Upload anything malicious
- Impersonate anyone
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.
Your content
What you type stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it in order to run the app and produce your guidance, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may use anonymised, aggregated patterns — how many people reach a stage, where people commonly stall — to improve the app. Nothing that identifies you.
Our content
The app, its text, its structure and its design belong to Proponent Logistics LLC. You may use your own plan and to-do list for your own business, freely. You may not republish, resell or redistribute the app's content.
Availability
We try to keep it running but we do not promise it will always be available. It is provided free and as-is. We may change it, pause it, or discontinue it. If we shut it down permanently we will give you reasonable notice and a way to retrieve your plan.
Third-party services and links
The app names agencies, brokers, insurers, suppliers and other organisations, and may link to their websites. Naming them is not an endorsement and we have no control over them or responsibility for what they do.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Proponent Logistics LLC and George P. Samuels are not liable for any loss arising from your use of NEMT Central — including lost profits, lost business, wasted expenditure, penalties, or decisions you made based on the guidance.
This is a free service. Nothing here is a guarantee that your business will be approved, licensed, credentialed, insured, or profitable.
Ending it
You may stop at any time. You can delete your account and all your data from the Account page in the app, or email admin@nemtcentral.ai and we will do it for you.
We may close your account if you break these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
